Carmen, you will be missed. I am sorry that you did not live to see the day when a vibrant and viable Jewish community will return to the banks of the Nile. I know you believed in your heart that one day you would not have to struggle to find a minyan. I still believe that Jews will return and fill the synogauges with laughter and dancing, and that they will have you to thank for keeping that 5000 year old Egyptian-Jewish presence alive and unbroken.
