I am proud to be a "Jew of the Wall". There is no precedent set for ANY major city remaining divided between 2 different ethnic groups. I dare say that there is no place in the world so beloved by any people as the Jews and Jerusalem. How can we relinquish it to those who neglect it, destroy it's synagogues, and curse our very existence? The majority of Palestinians only want a 2 state solution as a stepping stone to their 1 state "solution" AKA the demographic annihlation of the Jewish people in our own land. I do not mean to say Jews of the Gate hate Israel, but I believe you to be naive. You are caught up in the foolish post-modern belief that all "walls" are bad. You would rather see a Trojan horse through our "Gate" than a strong Israel with national honor, all because the "nations" disapprove.
