and because Israel is no settlement and it has no intentions of sharing part of it, there should be no discrimination in any sphere to a substantive minority like the East Jerusalem Palestinians. Which means they should have a fair chance of getting buildingpermits. Is it really so hard to set op some buildingplans for them when building plans for Jews are planned all the time?
