    Some of your assertions are ridiculous; some are offensive. This was no victory for terror. People weren't cowed they were following prudent orders by law enforcement which, as it turns out, was the correct call. The city was shut done in order to capture the terrorist alive. This may be a foreign idea to you but the US needs information, that only this man has, not revenge. No this wasn't 911, but who's keeping score? Terrorists learned one important thing this week; they'll likely get caught, quickly.
