You could see this coming when Rice discussed Iraq with the Syrian foreign minister this week. She (the Syrian FM) told Rice that the Iraq situation would not change until the Palestine issue was solved,ie she has made the unreal link between Israel and all the troubles in the middle east.Instead of pointing out that the link is Syria's trouble making,Rice has just caved in and applied pressure on Israel. And how is it possible that the US can turn on Israel like this?Constant lies and two faced attitudes from so-called European allies such as Tony Blair and his new labour opportunists and the likes of Jacques Chirac. This is an increasingly dangerous world for the State of Israel and in my opinion the government of Israel should stand firm on its own interests before those of others. It also goes without saying that Israel should choose its friends carefully.DON'T TRUST TONY BLAIR OR HIS SUCCESSOR AND THEIR NEW LABOUR CRONIES.THEY ARE NO FRIENDS OF ISRAEL.
