Fortuna, all groups fighting for independence have used exactly the same rhetoric and methods, but in just about every case they have had to be more pragmatic once they got their self-determination. It is also accepted that the US support for Israel is extremely one-sided and is harming US - and Israeli - long term interests. Obama will be doing his own country and yours much more good if he shows more determintion to resolve a problem which has been going on far to long, and caused too much bloodshed and division. Israel is losing ground with former allies, and how about your country trying something new diplomatically? Israel can't really claim to be a good example of tolerance to anybody, can it.
