I am certain that since you are that well read, you can list all the places that used to be Palestinian villages and towns in what is now Israel proper (the country with borders legally recognized by the rest of the world, so there is no confusion). Still, there has been a lot of building there, and no questions were asked of the old owners. So maybe you can see that new conditions have to apply in both cases if one is to be fair. Or maybe fair policy is a one-sided privilege when it comes to Israeli-Palestinian dealings?
