Corey mentioned that land taken in war is illegal. This should go under the assumption that one nation attacks or invades another nation and takes over the land it invaded. However, in the case of Jerusalem, Israel was invaded and attempted to be destroyed by all the surrounding nations. It just so happened that Israel won that war...in 6 days. Does the same level of illegality count when one country is invaded from all sides and ends up with one of the cities in which it built a complete modern infrastructure and instead of commiting mass murder to the occupants (Palestianians) provide at least some rights including employment, political parties, etc?
