You should read up on the history of Jerusalem -Silwan of today was the old Jewish yemenite village (from 1882), the Moslem Quarter of today was the hub of Jewish life with 21 synagogues and 6 Yeshivot before the pogroms and riots and the area known today as Sheih Jarrah was the old Shimon Hatzaddik neighbourhood, just to name a few. You might as well add most of Abu Dis that was Jewish land bought from 1920-1924 including the land under the University of Al Kuds. All this and more can be proven with real authentic documentation.
