The article says that there is, or rather that there should be, a way to acknowledge the suffering of BOTH people without comparing/ranking/hierarchizing. But before Israel formally acknowledges the Palestinian expulsion, perhaps it should formally acknowledge the Armenian Genocide with foreshadowed in a way the tragedies to come...it's not a question of denying the uniqueness of the Holocaust, it's question of understanding the multiple facets of Genocide and what it means for different peoples.
