I assume that you think the occupation aids Israel's security. I would argue otherwise. By ending the occupation Israel can gain internationally recognised borders, remove a justifiable causus belli, need have no second-thoughts over how to deal with its enemies if they attack Israel when they have their own internationally recognsied state, cannot receive less then full support from those who are meant to be its allies because it is an illegal occupying power, helps to stop its own growing moral corruption - and more. There is no doubt that Israel will always have enemies but an occupation that anyway is being done overwhelmingly for ideological reasons is not the way to try and lessen that hostility.
