As an American who believes in peace, I find Chaim's remarks about our own foreign service extremely offensive becuase it is our own State Department and voice on foreign affairs. How do you want our DOS to respond to dangerous remarks on the eve of peace talks between the two sides? Personally, I do not believe that Rabbi Yousef's remarks, with all my due respect to his theological position, represent the true face, letter and spirit of Judaism. Judaism is way above that.
