Of course there are anti-democratic aspects of the government in Israel. It is impossible to have a state that is simultaneously and absolutely Jewish and absolutely democratic. Similarly it is impossible to have a state that is simultaneously and absolutely Christian and democratic, or Islamic and democratic. For a country of deeply religious people who value good government, the Turkish model is the way to go.
