Iran couldn't care less about the threats coming from sanctions or UNSC resolutions. Its regime has become more aggressive, more emboldened, and has setteped up its relations with its proxies, Hezballah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Houthi guerrillas, Mehdi Army, Badr Brigades and even inside Afghanistan. It totally controls Lebanon. This advances in aggression by Iran happened during Obama's administration. regarding Iran's nuclear weapons' program, the world is even more lost, dispersed in its knowing how to deal with it, and bland in declarations than it was two years ago. Obama's Foreign Policiy regarding Iran has been a tremendous setback both for diplomacy as well as for the USA's deterrent capabilities. P5+1 is played with by Iran, and the IAEA even more so after Heinonen left. Iran is a disastrous defeat for Obama any way you look at it. Rigged elections haven't been denounced strongly, but sloppily, and the momentum for regime change, hasn't even been seriously considered, even though the whole Arab world -not just Israel- needs it.
