The death of the young cancer patient, Nail al Kurdi, is a disgrace. How risky could a cancer patient be for the security of Israel? The physicians in the Israeli hospital Ichilov wanted to treat him and Physicians for Human Rights organization did also their best. How sad it is to leave the right to live or die, in hand of villains. The only solution for problems like this one, is more involvement of the Red Cross in the Gaza area. If a) all administration of patients who need a medical treatment in Israel, will be in their hands and b) patients will cross the border followed by representatives of the Red Cross the Shin Beth wouldn’t be able to claim any security risk.
