Gaza air campaign lasted a week without ground troops. Rocket fire has stopped on Nov. 21, as a result of agreement, after most long range rockets were destroyed. Gaza officials said 133 Palestinians had been killed in the conflict of which 79 were militants, 53 civilians and 1 was a policeman. So, most were militants even according to Hamas. Libya: professional bombing lasted 5 months. with rebels fighting on the ground. Libyan officials claimed over 1000 civilian dead from airstrikes. Probably lying like Hamas, though. the good thing is that with Quadafi gone, there is now a peaceful liberal democracy in Libya, friendly and grateful to NATO.
