    Reality is that Obama never met a dictator he didn't like. His threats are empty words simply meant to silence critics in the US and make it appear to the world that he has developed a set in the past week. No one is fooled by his bravado, least of all Gadhafi. The only ones he really attacks in earnest are our allies.
