More of the same really, nothing radically different from what he has said before. Remember he is in his second term, small focus shifts are norm especially as circumstances move. He has a wait and see attitude, knowing not what to make of the Arab Spring but as idealist ( which he is) he hopes for democracy to flourish, he is out of his depth in understanding the ME but he is holding out for good things to happen.... Really nothing new in his speech.
