Seems to be lots of scope in these proposals for fair and even-handed treatment of nations, for addressing nuclear weapon proliferation, for reducing economic disparity, and for furthering Middle East peace initiatives. If only the rest of these negotiations were under the world's gaze, some progress might be made.
