Jabotinsky fas always been marginal. But still, in the Iron Wall, he refers to "colonization", not "colonialism". There is a huge difference between those concepts. Colonization is a synonym for settlement activities, whereas colonialism is a synonym for imperialism. Nonetheless, read "The Ethics of the Iron wall" in which he clearly demonstrates that although he wished to create a Jewish state without the consent of the Arabs, he never wanted to turn them into a landless people. He actually felt that it was morally justified to ask those who already gave a territory of their own, to give a small part of it to homeless nations (like the Jews).
