Nigeria is a secular country, though with a good dose of religion. Demographically, the country is roughly 50-50 Christian-Muslim. So cannot be called "Christian Nigeria". It is true that religious islamist radicals are a problem in Nigeria as in Israel & Palestine. I believe that the most effective way to combat them in the long run is to give the population hope for a decent future vis-a-vis a good economy and education, and empower their moderate, pragmatic leaders. Israelis must stop weakening Abu Mazen's position and cannot expect the Palestinians to gracefully bear the humilation and despair metted out to them, individually and as a nation. For the first time in a long time, you have a moderate Palestinian leader to talk with. Don't blow the opportunity! God bless the Jews & the Palestinians.
