Get your facts right...there was no sniper. It was an accident; the soldiers were shot at and they saw what looked like an armed person 130 yards away. They discovered after that it was a realistic looking toy gun (have you seen the picture?). I do, however, commend the boy's family for their actions. If everyone felt the way they did, things would be much better. But, that's not the case.
