Well, seems like terrorists already have that luxury. Just look at the religious settlers- I don't seem them being stripped of their voting rights or their public-sector grants. We're talking about people here who are happy to use violence and intimidation to drive people out of their homes, who assault police and military personnel carrying out court-ordered social actions, and who've actively spoken of wishing to prompt a civil war in Israel and a schism within the army to insure the birth of their apostate theocracy. That's a pretty strong precedent, don't you think?
