In theory, you make a strong case. But, the reality is that the Arabs in the West Bank after your pullout, will mimick the Arabs of Gaza. You and I know this to be fact. The difference with the west bank from gaza is how close it is to major cities in Israel and the Airport. Such a pull out would not bring any good to Israel for even 24 hours. As of today an Arab is on trial by the PA because he gave information to Israel about rocket attacks. The PA has done nothing but encourage terror. The cost of moving thousands of Jews out of the territories to be on the 'right ' side of the fence will be a waste of money and weakens moral. The onus is on the Arabs and Jews should be given security were ever they live in Israel. A further dissengagement would be a security nightmare for Israel. And you and I both know that the IDF will not 'carpet bomb' Ramallah.
