I have been a digital subscriber for a year and recently renewed. I really enjoy the fine reporting and analysis versus the rightist garbage found in my local Jewish rag. I suggest, however, that your customer service is below par and needs to be improved. Your customer service staff takes too long to respond to issues and is too slow to correct problems. Your log on software only works on a few browsers and I have found it frustrating to log on to my subscription at times.
