Rabbi Aaron Leibowitz' wise, eloquent article overlooks one thing: Women of the Wall have already "made themselves smaller"--by not seeking freedom of worship 24/7 at the Wall, nor at peak times. They come once a month for an hour at 7:00 AM to mark something traditionally focal for women: rosh hodesh. Isn't that modest enough?
