When zionism is about forcing the Palestinians from their homes and land so that it can be occupied by Jews, what is there that is not colonialist about that? A concrete example, in case the Rabbi suffers from selective reading: as reported on this Haaretz site over the past week, the village of Bil'in is losing approximately half of its land to the apartheid wall. A caravan set up by Palestinians and their supporters - on their land - is removed by the idf while illegal settlement housing - illegal according to israel's OWN laws - remains, and more is built. And this is a microcosm of the dispossession occurring along the length of the wall. It is a warped and morally bankrupt mind that defines the zionist colonial experiment as liberation for the Jews when such 'liberation' comes at the expense of the dispossession and enslavement of the Palestinians.
