That already has been accomplished. The U.S. from time to time must remind itself it is not the entire international community. If 187 nations decide in September '67 borders and EJ as capital prevail any American veto at the UNSC is immaterial. Boycotts, sanctions, and the breaking of any diplomatic relations will soon see to that. Let's see how well Israel does under those conditions.
