Having family in Greece, I've never observed any antisemitism, but what I HAVE seen is a high level of "conspiracy theory" acceptance (I've seen plenty of anti-Golden Dawn graffiti in Athens...never any antisemitic graffiti). Many there also believe the CIA was behind the Kennedy assassination, and some rogue shadow arm of the US gov't was behind the 9/11 attacks. Maybe even some of your readers believe this. As well, my wife's best friend in Rhodes was Jewish, and my wife never saw any negative reaction to her friend or her family. Greek antisemitism (as in thinking Jews are bad)? Not so much. Gullible for believing the wild things they hear? More likely the case.
