Not according to the UN - it was a legal act of self defense. Multi-lateral at its best. Facts is Facts. BTW: A vote for statehood violates international law by violating a peace treaty, the Oslo Accords. Will the UN break a peace treaty to which it is a signatory as a part of the Quartet. Will the EU violate the Oslo Accord and the Road Map, treaties to which the PLO agreed? What is the point of signing ANY peace treaty in the future if they are just toilet paper? The only option left soon will be for Israel to fight like hell and defeat its aggressive neighbors, again, and this time with prejudice, no pulling punches, no stopping with an army surrounded. Turks better butt out before they get in over their heads.
