The Turkish humility of "...there is something about the Turkish culture and customs that looks down upon drawing attention or seeking recognition and honors...," is a beautiful attribute to have.However, at a time when world is getting smaller by the day the internationally less known qualities of the Turks can also be attributed to this Turkish humility. The Greeks on the other hand have no such humility; they tell the world anything and everything whether truly Greek or not - that is why the world knows much more about them than the Turks. It would be nice for the Turks to discover an equitable balance between their humility and the reality.
