    Where exactly did you read this? I don't know but in my version of the Declaration of the Human Rights it says something about "right to life, liberty and security of person." I don't read anything about defence here, and by the way: this is the thrid article of the Declaration of Human Rights. The first article states: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood." Before quoting something, you should maybe look it up the next time, otherwise you will risk making a fool out of yourself!!
