    IF this were true then why did they reject peace SO many times? IMO the PA was setup to facilitate a phased destruction of Israel via negotiation on one hand and terrorist acts on the other... The fact is the PA and the PLO is a failing enterprise (Gaza 2005) and should be replaced by an actual provisional government that is actually elected not appointed... the sad fact is that Fatah is as corrupt as any Arab totalitarian regime and actually benefits financially from the Israeli "occupation"... get rid of the PA and PLO and Hamas and replace it with real Representative government that can actually negotiate independence from Israel...
