Let me get this logic correctly: only privately-owned Palestinian land in the West Bank is the property of West Bank Palestinians, while all "State-owned" land in the West Bank is the property of Israel? I might be wrong, but doesn't the "state" part of "state-owned" refer to the political entity or sovereign within whose borders that state-land is located? When exactly did Israel annex the West Bank, seeing that Israel is interpreting "state-land" to mean the "State of Israel" rather than the Palestinian Authority? I thought Israel was the military occupier, not the sovereign. Otherwise, why don't West Bank Palestinians have Israeli citizenship or Israeli resident rights?
