And a good thing too. Just because Israel is the closest First World country to Africa, and is also connected with it by a land bridge, does not mean that a country of 7.5 million inhabitants should be swamped by already 60,000 Eritreans and other Africans. If not for the barrier fence, there would easily have been over 100,000 by now with tens of thousanads waiting to come. The EU and other First World countries must share the burden, each proportional to its size and population.
