It's not a need, and if the survey question was as is quoted above, it's a very stupid question, and the answer to which is obvious. This is realistically the biggest problem that Israel can have -- the waning of US public support for Israel. In theory, this waning should reflect on the elections. But theories don't always become realities, so it's down to right-minded individuals to raise awareness. Those Palestinian supporters unsatisfied with the President's stance towards the Israel-Palestine situation, instead of dithering about what he doesn't do -- perhaps because of a lust for power, or whatever -- try to conjure up support among Americans, so as to give confidence to the President to take more of a firm foreign policy, based upon his foreknown pro-Palestinian agenda.
