In my extensive experience, "Jewish Voice for Peace" is none of those three things. In general, JVP'ers are, if Jewish at all, of Jewish heritage only, but without any Jewish education connection or background. The JVP'ers typically and thoughtlessly parrot the currently stylish anti-Israel line so as to gain acceptance by their Israel hating cohorts but don't realize that the true reason that the Israel haters even tolerate them is so that they can have naive JVP'ers stand in front of them as protective camouflage so as to deflect any assertions that the Israel haters are also anti-semites. Although all "anti-Zionists" may not be "Anti-Semites", the reverse is always true. When Arafat said,"the first thing that we need to do is to divide the Jewish people into two camps, psychologically", I am sure that he had such groups as JVP in mind.
