It's unclear whether "WE" - as in Israel - have anyone who is up to being a partner for a permanent agreement. That's the only way that this statement can even begin to reflect reality. But either way Mr. Arad, no one is going to buy into your little "interim agreement" scheme - except Israel of course - because everyone knows it's just another Israeli ploy that's meant to quell international pressure on Israel until the ferver dies down - or until the political wind changes -enough for it to revert to the status quo. And everyone knows that Israel will use the "interim" to continue creating "facts on the ground" in order to secure its grip on even more Palestinian territory. One thing for sure, Mr. Arad...you'll NOT find a 'Palestinian' partner for an "interim agreement". Long gone are the days when they might have considered anything less than sovereignty within the 1967 border. The whole of the international community stands squarely behind their expectations, and they KNOW it!
