State says nobody has a right to sell the drafts on the open market for a profit, as this infringes on the state's right to keep an asset 'of deep symbolic significance' that belongs to the state and the public.01:40 27.11.15 | 0 comments
Who are you kidding? Here in Ladbroke Grove, London W11, any black kid will tell you he or she is from 'the ends', that is, their own area of town. Maybe then they'll have a wider allegiance to London, or, more likely, their football team (Chelsea around here, or QPR for the more rebellious). They might think of themselves as black, but that's black British, certainly not West Indian. They think of West Indians as rubes who might offer the opportunity for a holiday in the sun, but they'd take the epithet of West Indian as an insult. Try calling them that to their face and see how you get on.
