    This seems like an abuse of rules and bureaucracy rather than their correct application. Registering a dilligent student at school Bedouin or Jewish should be an urgent matter of honour. Studying in a pluralist environment-- "doing things together" (Lorin Mazel) -- is the constructive way of cross cultural bridge and a peaceful Future of Israel. Sylvia Sztern-SempreLovingM.G.
