The Most High made an everlasting covenant to give this land to our father Avraham and HIS seed, subsequently to the SEED of Itzhak and Yaákov. It is by the father that one belongs. Yosef married the egyptian Osnat and Moses the Midianite Tzipora; of course the Misrad HaPnim would not grant today cityzenship to their wives, but nonetheless from the wombs of this gentiles came 2 tribes of israel and some more levites. The term jews does not appear in Torah and never was mentioned until some tribers from Judah came back from the babylonian exile. The Torah and this land were given to the people of ISRAEL which was much wider that only Judah..... The "jewish state"on the other hand, has still have to recognize this issue. Judaism as we know it, did not evem commence before the 2nd century BC, with Hillel and Shamai, and shaped itself to become this manmade religion that has gone so astray from the Word which the living Elohim commanded our forefathers.
