Indeed. Makes you wonder what this commission was getting paid for before. Sitting on their rears no doubt - not upsetting the status quo. It's about time the pressure was brought to bear on all these opaque business structures. And the rules on public and private companies here have to change too to reflect a more transparent business environment.
