Justices say they have not fully discussed renewed tactic of destroying family homes of Palestinian terrorists.09:40 02.12.15 | 0 comments
The two-state solution is no longer viable - seems no accommodation would be acceptable to the other side, and the more marginal concepts (ethnically cleansing Palestinians/'wiping Israel from the map') aren't acceptable to the world. If Israel wants to maintain its democratic status and its security, it should annexe the occupied territories and confer full citizenship on all the inhabitants. The vast majority of Palestinians would accept the benefits, and Hamas would become marginalised and subject to internal policing. Judicious locating of refugees (both Palestinian and diaspora Jewish) would minimise potential conflict. Or is Israel too weak to deal with the issues?
