The question is not whether they have decided to build a nuke or not. The question is if they HAVE acquired the capacity, they can go ahead assemble the nuke in just few days. Countries like Japan, Germany etc have the capacity to build a nuke within few days, but won't do so out of ethical reasons. The Ayatollahs can't be relied on and once the have all the enriched uranium, parts & technology ready, they can assemble the nuke within 3-4 days. Thus the crux is preventing them REACHING that capacity ! Also the article does not quote any senior ranking Mossad officer, only some so-called American "sources", hence the report is highly unreliable.
