    Perhpas the ex-ambzzssador meant to be unclear. Does he mean the legitimacy of Israel as a state, or the current unflicnchly pro-Israel position of the American government? If the former, then it is nothing less than a slander, sincee Meirsheimer and Walt do not question the legitimacy of Israel as a state. Annapolis looks more and more likely not to take place.
