I don't think there's a single person on Talkback who doesn't accept that America can bomb the crap out of Iran. It's the Iranian response in the hours and days that follow that worries posters such as myself, Stephen. Suppose the Iranians destroy the first two tankers they find sailing through the Strait of Hormuz and then declare the Gulf a closed war zone, with all other Western tankers regarded as legitimate targets. Tell me how you think things will then pan out.
