The Antonia fortress was precisely where the Romans broke into the Temple grounds before destroying the Temple in 70 CE. How can U explain for that if the Temple was somewhere else completely? How can U explain Herod building the platform under what is now Al-Aqsa as part of his Temple renovations? How do you explain the fact that Heraclius used the foundation of Julian's Temple to partly build the Church that the conquering Arabs completed as the Dome of the Rock? How do you explain the stone on which is written "to the House of trumpeting," and which was found directly below the Temple Mount's southwest corner? How do you explain the fact that the Romans and Muslims both let Jews into Jerusalem once a year, to pray at the Western Wall on the 9th of Av? Or that the first Arab conquerors in J'lem excavated the Western Wall of the garbage that the Byzantines had been dumping at the Wall, as an insult to the Jews in its first Christian centuries? If there was no Wall?
