If this gesture is antisemitic, it is a reaction to the attempts of Jewish lobbies to dictate what is politically correct, such as promoting legislation to JAIL historians who raise questions about the holocaust. It should not surprise anyone that people are fed up with Jewish suffering, Jewish lobbies, and Jewish power calling the shots across the Eu and certainly in the US. People want freedom to think, to raise questions, and to say what they think ....and resent any power that thinks it can stop this. I'd advise the CRIF to pick its battles carefully because they may be completely outgunned on this one as those obnoxious laws and Jewish sensitivity generally to anything critical has finally irritated the great mass of Frenchmen and will soon reach a similar point in the US and Britain.
