As a Holocaust Survivor, I think that the Haredi Leadership's encouragement of abuse of "Shoah Symbolism of Persecution" is bestially stupid. This stupidity is symptomatic of a form of ugly sadism. Sad to say, but what we actually see here is a marginalized, very, very sick society. They are the sole owners of the truth, and G-d is their private property. To be realistic, we have to accept that communication with them is impossible. I'm sorry that ordinary Israeli citizens have to suffer this form of sociopathology. In some societies the problem is cocaine, here these shiny black uniformed goons get their "highs" via their direct line to G-d. I pray for their sick souls. The day one of them cares to have a conversation with me, I'll be pleased to oblige.
