There should be resolutions that stipulates that arab repressive regimes and their support of terrororganisations are a huge obstacle to peace. But having said that, I agree with Mr. Shamir that there are currently some diplomatic tendencies that are problematic for Israel. However, I believe that it comes down to the choice between bilateral negotiations or an imposed solution. The PA leadership clearly has abandoned the concept of bilateral negotiations and they will push in order to force Washington to reassess it´s relationship with Israel. But this strategyand tactics of the PA will lead to confusion and a silly mess, and not to a state.
